DTF Swiss – Terms applicable to all our services
1 Acceptance of the terms
By placing an order on dtfswiss.ch, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
2 Responsibility for content supplied by the customer
The customer is solely responsible for the files, artwork, text, logos, trademarks and other elements supplied (accuracy, formats, rights). DTF Swiss has no obligation to check them and accepts no liability for any infringement of third-party rights.
3 Products and customisation
Artwork is printed as received. Customised products are neither taken back nor exchanged.
4 Orders and quotes
Quotes apply to the products/quantities/lead times stated. Any change may require a new quote. The order becomes final upon payment.
5 Delivery
Lead times are indicative. Goods travel at the customer's risk. No compensation is due for delays beyond our control.
6 Returns
No returns on customised products. Complaints must be made within 48h with photos. Replacement only in the event of a proven production error.
7 Prices
Prices in CHF incl. VAT (excluding delivery). Subject to change (materials, taxes, exchange rates).
8 Payment
Online payment (Stripe, Twint, etc.). No production starts without confirmed payment.
9 Retention of title
Products remain the property of DTF Swiss until paid for in full.
10 Subscriptions
Minimum term: 12 months.
Termination: written request to info@dtfswiss.ch (30 days' notice).
Early termination: fee equal to 3 months' subscription (compensation for the benefits granted).
Automatically renewed for a further year unless terminated.
11 File retention
Temporary archiving for reorder purposes. Permanent backup is the customer's responsibility. No guarantee in the event of deletion or loss.
12 Warranty & liability (transfers)
Liability is limited to the value of the product. No liability for incorrect pressing, unsuitable substrates or failure to follow instructions.
13 Online tools (specific clause)
Tools are provided "as is" and rely on automation. No guarantee of results (perceived quality, colours, cut-outs, vectorisation, enhancement, etc.).
Previews are indicative. No refund in the event of dissatisfaction, inappropriate use, incorrect settings or an inadequate source file.
Consumed credits/packs are non-refundable. Test before production.
14 Credits / Coins / Digital products
Firm, non-refundable purchase (including in the event of non-use or wrong choice). No conversion into cash.
15 Personal data
Processing is limited to providing the services and meeting legal obligations. Access/rectification rights via the customer account or info@dtfswiss.ch.
16 Intellectual property & indemnification
The customer represents and warrants that they hold all rights and permissions required (copyright, trademarks, licences) for the elements supplied, and indemnifies DTF Swiss against any third-party claim relating to those elements.
The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless DTF Swiss, its directors and employees from any loss, cost, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from a claim relating to the files/elements supplied (counterfeiting, infringement of rights, unlawful content).
DTF Swiss may refuse, suspend or withdraw any order or content suspected of infringing rights, without compensation.
The customer grants DTF Swiss a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, store, process and print the files for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order.
In the event of a credible notice of infringement, DTF Swiss may delete the files concerned and cooperate with rights holders and authorities.
17 Changes to the Terms
DTF Swiss may amend these Terms at any time. The version in force on the order date applies.
18 Governing law / Jurisdiction
Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Canton of Vaud.
