DTF Swiss – Privacy policy and protection of your personal data
1 Introduction
At DTF Swiss, we take your privacy seriously. This privacy statement explains what personal data we collect from you and how we use it.
2 Data collection
We collect data in order to provide better services to all our customers. The types of personal data we may collect include:

- Payment and transaction information
- Technical data about your visit to our website (IP addresses, browser types, login information)
- Any other information you provide when communicating with us
3 Use of data
The personal data collected may be used to:
- Process your credit orders and manage your account
- Communicate with you, including responding to your requests and providing information about our products
- Improve and personalise our services
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
4 Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data may be shared with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf
- Specialised providers of AI image processing, only for the image tools (see below)
- Regulatory or legal authorities, where required by law
Artificial intelligence
Image tools
The site’s image tools (sheet editor, image enhancement, vectorisation, background removal) rely on specialised providers of image processing by artificial intelligence. When you use one of these tools, the image you upload is sent to them for the sole purpose of carrying out the processing you requested. These providers are located outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States, India and Singapore. The images are deleted from our storage as soon as the processing is done; the providers delete them on their side within the periods set out in their own privacy policy (from a few seconds to a few days).
Some of these providers may use the images they receive to improve their artificial-intelligence models. If you do not want this, do not use these tools: you can order your transfers with your own files, without going through them.
Your account and order data
Your account data, your orders, the files you entrust to us for printing, your invoices and our correspondence may be processed by artificial-intelligence assistants that help us run the site and the orders; these assistants are provided by providers located in the United States. This data is not used to train artificial-intelligence models and is never sold.
Retention periods
Your order files (ordered sheets) and the logos in your library are kept for as long as your account is active, so that you can find them again and reorder; they are deleted on request or when the account is closed. Accounting records (invoices, payments) are kept for 10 years, the statutory period.
Audience measurement: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used and improve it: page views, clicks, scrolling, session recording, device and browser type, approximate country.
- Providers: Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, United States) and Microsoft Corporation (United States), which process this data on our behalf.
- Basis: your consent, given in the banner. Without it, none of these tools is loaded. We do not use this data for advertising.
- Your inputs are not recorded by Clarity: forms, addresses and payment data are masked, and the cart, account and payment pages are masked entirely.
- Cookies set: _ga and _ga_G19PKCDD6K (Google Analytics, distinguish visitors, 2 years), _clck (Clarity, visitor id, 1 year) and _clsk (Clarity, groups the pages of one visit, 1 day).
